‘Learn to meditate in 6 weeks’ course. If you would like to learn how to meditate or develop your meditation practice, Annelie Carver offers a 6 week learn to meditate course. The meditation courses will take place at a time and date of your choice. Each lesson will last for 1 hour. We recommend that there is no more than one week between each meditation lesson. You will be given an individual meditation programme to follow over the 6 weeks which will comprise a range of breathing, pranayama and meditation exercises. There will be follow up exercises to do at home and access to online videos to try at home. You will be given support and advice over this 6 week period to enable you to develop a meditation practice that works best for you to suit your lifestyle and needs. At the end of the 6 week course you will be able to meditate on your own. Annelie will also be available for ongoing support, advice and refresher sessions.
