Aerial Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice, taking traditional yoga postures and giving them a twist. The aerial hammock acts as a support to help you come into poses which are sometimes otherwise inaccessible in a usual yoga practice, helping you to build strength and flexibility within the body and mind. This practice encourages us to reconnect with our playful side and be open-minded, so has huge benefits for everyone.
Annelie Lily is currently teaching 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 Aerial Yoga classes in her private yoga studio in Exeter. Group classes will be starting in 2022 in Exeter.
