Aerial Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice, taking traditional yoga postures and giving them a twist. The aerial hammock acts as a support to help you come into poses which are sometimes otherwise inaccessible in a usual yoga practice, helping you to build strength and flexibility within the body and mind. This practice encourages us to reconnect with our playful side and be open-minded, so has huge benefits for everyone.
New to Aerial Yoga and want to take your practice to the next level? Aerial Yoga Foundations Courses are available monthly, where you will learn the basics in a safe environment to help build confidence and strength in the body.
Once you have completed these, you will be able to join the regular classes.
