Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
Have you been deeply moved by Kundalini yoga?
Do you want to integrate Kundalini more fully into your daily life?
Perhaps you’ve been amazed by the practice, and how a simple movement can have such a profound effect on your body and spirit. Perhaps you’re drawn to learning more, to deepening your awareness and your practice.
Ready to listen to what’s calling you?
I’m offering PREM Kundalini Teacher Training (Level 1) over six weekends, with a six-day residential at the end in a beautiful retreat centre on Dartmoor.
‘PREM’ means love, and I’m happy to say this training has qualified over 40 Kundalini yoga teachers since I started teacher training in 2012.
“I took the teacher training level one not because I wanted to be a teacher, but because I wanted to learn more about Kundalini Yoga and deepen my personal practice. The course gave me a solid foundation in Kundalini Yoga teachings which will stay with me for life.”
Emma
“Yoga with Martha has had a profound effect on me physically, mentally and spiritually. She has helped me to feel empowered, but more importantly she has given me insights into how to approach life and its every day challenges.”

Who is this training for?
This training is open to everybody. I’ve designed it for anybody who wants to deepen their understanding of Kundalini and what it is to be human. All you need is to have experienced at least one Kundalini yoga class. If you’ve been doing classes for years, this training is also for you.
This is for you if you’re inspired to be a Kundalini yoga teacher. As part of a rich programme of topics, we’ll cover how to plan a class, deal with injury and teach a class safely.
This is also for you if you’re already a teacher, and you want to refresh your knowledge and understanding. I welcome people who have trained at other schools too.
