What to expect in a pregnancy yoga class:
Pregnancy yoga relieves tension, keeping aches and pains at bay through gentle postures and exercises designed to strengthen and tone the body. Using simple breathing techniques, the mind and body are relaxed. This is useful both now and also during labour. The body and mind are prepared through deep relaxation techniques and visualisations so that your baby has the best possible start in life. Pregnancy classes give you time and space to connect with your unborn child and to also share your experiences with other women as you journey through this extraordinary time in your life.
